Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills of our BDR team, ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Performance Feedback: Listen to recorded calls and provide constructive feedback to help team members continually improve their approach and techniques.
- One-on-One Development: Conduct regular individual meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and support personal and professional growth.
- Client Communications: Oversee and refine communication strategies to ensure effective and authentic engagement with clients.
- CRM Administration: Manage and optimize Salesforce and Outreach platforms to maintain accurate data and streamline processes.
- Motivational Leadership: Design and implement fun and competitive contests to motivate the team and drive accountability.
- Performance Improvement: Identify underperforming team members and implement structured Performance Improvement Plans to support their development. Be prepared to make difficult but necessary decisions when performance expectations are not met.
- Hiring Process Coordination: Play an active role in the hiring process by collaborating with recruiters, assessing candidates to ensure we bring in top-tier talent that aligns with our team’s goals and culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a BDR/SDR Manager with a proven track record, plus at least 2 years as a BDR/SDR focusing on high-volume cold calling.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Outreach, including administration and optimization.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams in a supportive and engaging manner.
- Motivational Skills: Experience in organizing contests and initiatives that foster a fun and accountable team environment.
