About the Role

As a Remote Agent, you’ll make outbound calls using our platform and connect contacts with our Representatives. Your job is simple:
✅ Handle the gatekeeper
✅ Follow the script
✅ Transfer the call when ready

No selling. No cold pitching. Just facilitating the connection.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Join scheduled hourly calling sessions using our platform
🔹 Make a high volume of outbound calls
🔹 Speak with live contacts, transfer qualified calls, and overcome objections with simple rebuttals
🔹 Take notes and multi-task effectively
🔹 Work with a friendly, international team

Requirements:

✔ Intermediate English (B1 or higher; stronger English = more hours)
✔ Strong communication and active listening skills
✔ Basic computer skills (Google Workspace tools)
✔ Reliable equipment:
• Computer with 8GB RAM minimum
• Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor (or better)
• 100 Mbps internet speed or higher
• Headset with microphone
✔ Call center or phone experience is a plus
