Full Job Description

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving lead generation through effective sales strategies and engagement strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Manage and lead a team of remote/bilingual Spanish inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and personas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Tendril
  • Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities and develop innovative approaches to capture budget of current customers
  • Monitor efficacy trends, sales team activities, and cleitn needs to stay ahead of their concerns by leading with insight.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance
  • Conduct regular weekly performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leadership, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
 

Experience:

  • Proven track record in lead generation in technology sales or related field
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent bi-lingual Spanish/English communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in US, Canada, and LATAM sales and account management
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
  • Deep expertise in cold calling as an outreach strategy
  • Familiarity with multiple CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot, engagement platforms such as Outreach and Salesloft, and parallel dialing platforms such as Tendril or Orum.
 

Requirements:

  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Must live and work remotely in LATAM with reliable internet
