Tendril is a dynamic and growing company with a strong presence in Mexico and the U.S. We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to help us scale our team by identifying, screening, and hiring top talent—especially in sales related roles. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, love engaging with people, and have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), structured hiring processes, and referral programs, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Conduct phone screens, mock sales calls, skills assessment and role-playing exercises to assess candidate fit.
- Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth hiring process. Identify if current requirements are being met and if we need to explore additional resources
- Develop and implement a referral program to track and encourage internal employee referrals for each of the different roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly.
- Create full onboarding process for new hires, propose to leadership, deploy and train stakeholders
- Create full offboarding process for separations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
✅ Experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows.
✅ Ability to conduct phone screens, mock sales calls, and role-plays to evaluate candidates.
✅ Knowledge of best practices for tracking and managing employee referrals.
✅ Experience hiring for sales roles is a strong plus.
✅ Fractional or full-time availability – We’re open to both!
