About the Role

Our client  is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and expand our outbound sales efforts.

The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a strong background in lead generation, outbound prospecting, CRM management, and sales technology. This role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable engaging decision-makers through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.

This position plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing prospect data, optimizing outbound campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients that match Waverley's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Generate and qualify new leads through multiple outbound channels.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information including email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and direct phone numbers.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Outbound Sales Execution

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using:
    • Cold Email
    • Cold Calling
    • LinkedIn Outreach
    • Social Selling Strategies
  • Personalize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
  • Follow up consistently with engaged prospects.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM.
  • Update lead statuses and activity notes consistently.
  • Manage prospect pipelines and outreach sequences.
  • Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Sales Technology & Systems

  • Support setup and management of outbound sales tools.
  • Manage email warm-up processes and deliverability.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to CRM, outreach platforms, and email systems.
  • Optimize workflows and automation where appropriate.

Marketing & Messaging Support

  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging improvements.
  • Support A/B testing of email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Identify SEO and content opportunities that support lead generation efforts.
  • Contribute insights from prospect conversations to improve campaigns.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor outreach performance and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing activity, response rates, meetings booked, and key insights.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing sales training.


Required Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Native English speaker (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
  • Proven success generating meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.

  • CRM management and data hygiene.
  • Email deliverability best practices.
  • Sales automation and sequencing tools.
  • LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
  • Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling software development, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks and modern prospecting methodologies.
  • Experience supporting both sales and marketing initiatives.


Weekly Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Lead Generation

  • 250 new qualified leads researched and added to CRM per week.
  • 100% ICP alignment for new prospects.

Outbound Activity

  • 500 outbound emails per week.
  • 200 cold calls per week.
  • 50–75 LinkedIn connection requests/messages per week.
  • Follow-up with engaged prospects within 12 hours.

Results

  • Minimum 2 qualified meetings booked per week.
  • Email response rate target: 8–12%.
  • LinkedIn response rate target: 15%+.
  • 30%+ conversion from booked meetings to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain 95%+ CRM accuracy.
  • Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.
